Courses on Thursday from 9.30am to 11am

Kundalini yoga is particularly powerful in its effects. Based on a physical practice (with static and dynamic postures) and breathing (with varied and sophisticated techniques), this yoga integrates relaxation and meditation (chanted with mantra or silent).

Natha Yoga

Thursday classes from 6.30pm to 7.45pm



Natha yoga, also known as breath or energy yoga, is a practice that involves the surrounding energy, breath control and the mind and body of the practitioner.

Closely linked to Tantrism, natha yoga helps to develop the body's energy, mental state, physical state and spirituality.

Part of the practice of natha yoga is supplemented by meditation exercises that reinforce the benefits of the practice.
